Delicious Burgers with all the fixings!

Burgers are a classic, American tradition... and everyone has their own way of doing it. As I do not own an outdoor grill, I usually use the Foreman to cook mine up. Despite not being cooked over the coals, it comes out pretty darn good!
The basics to any good burger include top notch ground meat (usually beef), cheese, and lots of condiments! I would venture to say that onions and garlic serve to make this basic burger into an awesome burger. Here is one way to make a delicious burger in just a few minutes.

Ingredients
3 cloves of garlic
1/2 - 1 onion, cut into medium chunks
1 lb ground beef (extra lean)
McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning
Hamburger buns (from the bakery tastes best)
8 slices of American cheese (or Extra Sharp Cheddar)
Lettuce, washed and dried
Tomato, washed and cut into slices
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Mustard

Directions
In a food processor, mix the garlic and onion until minced. Put the ground beef in a small bowl and add the onion/garlic mixture. Use your hands to blend the ingredients.
Divide the ground beef mixture into fourths. Then form round patties. Sprinkle McCormick's Montreal Steak Seasoning on each patty and push the seasoning in a little.
Preheat the Foreman grill (or real grill) for a couple minutes. Then place the patties on the grill and cook. Some people prefer the insides to remain pink; others want a well-done burger, so how long you cook it depends on your preference. However, it should be done in about 3-5 minutes.
While you wait for the burgers to cook, get out your plates and place the buns on them. Open them up and place a slice of cheese on the bottom of the bun.
When the patties are done, place a patty on top of each slice of cheese on the bun. Then put another slice of cheese on top of the burger. The heat from the patties will melt the cheese.
Finally, add all your favorite fixings! I top my burger with lettuce, tomato, mayo, and ketchup.
Hint: put the tomato and mayo next to each other as you assemble your burger. There's something amazing about a mayo covered tomato on a juicy cheeseburger!
